The Activemums fitness training group offer many fitness services for women. In particular of much interest lately is our specialised women’s personal training service available exclusively to the women of the North Shore of Sydney.
We have specially designed women’s fitness programs available that include boxing, kettlebell training and weight loss exercise programs. These programs have been designed holistically and are specific to women’s needs and include Chi Kung, moving meditation, core strength, functional strength and body sculpting.

The balanced approach of our exercise programs ensures that you get a truly holistic approach.
We address your internal energy and relaxation through the use of Chi Kung (Qi Gong) in the form of moving meditation.
This form of meditation is not known by most people and has yielded incredible results in restoring body balance and clarity in thought to all who practice diligently.
We combine this soft and gentle movement with a traditional western approach to fitness including advanced methodologies such as kettlebell training and posture correction and consistently get results that people are very happy with.
