Lidcombe Mums workout
Today as part of my post natal exercise in Lidcombe I did the following workout.
This workout should only be done after 6 weeks of giving birth
10 pushups
40 squats
20 bent over rows
5 burpees
400 meter run
5 times
I completed in 30 minutes.
