Hi - In an effort to co ordinate the mums around the North Shore of Sydney who would like to participate in the Activemums Fitness classes we have this forum.

Post up where you live and where would be convenient for you to do your class as well as time and days etc.

I am interested in a group fitness session in Nth Sydney area. On a weekday either just after school start or at 1.30-2.30 before school finishes. i would be happy to give out some flyers to other mums at the school (Nth Sydney Dem) to get a whole group going.
