Post natal exercise classes in Sydney - Activemums run 12 week courses.

The cost is $180.00 per course of 1 day training per week for 12 weeks.

Our classes are being run in the Eastern Suburbs Centennial Park,

the Inner West at King George Park Rozelle and on the Lower North Shore at Willoughby Park.

Demand for our classes is high and numbers are limited to 12 so you should register as soon as possible to avoid dissappointment.

We are able to run a class for your mothers group anywhere in Sydney, the minimum participants we require is 12.
